VAULT (vault.attoh.tech) is an invitation- and introduction-only private brokerage and members' desk for high-value assets (timepieces, collector cars, off-market property, and private businesses), curated member experiences, and executive/luxury chauffeur introductions. VAULT is operated jointly by PHAROAH TECHNOLOGY LTD (Company No. 17220127) and ATTOH LTD (Company No. 14079382). VAULT is a private introduction and brokerage desk, not a public retail exchange or automated AI content service.
Submitting an application or party intake does not grant membership or create a client mandate. Approved members are assigned a tier (standard, premium, or founding) by the concierge desk. Access to inventory listings, experiences, chauffeur requests, and asset enquiries strictly requires active membership status and completed AML/KYC verification (aml_verified = true). Any founder or company entitlement is server-verified, scoped to this product and tenant, revocable at any time with an immutable audit record, and never bypasses mandatory KYC/AML verification or staff back-office separation.
Asset descriptions and asking prices are presented in good faith from verified consignors and partner brokers. Every transaction is subject to formal written sale, escrow, or introduction terms agreed between the transacting parties. Where an intake involves distressed property, R&D-eligible capital assets, or M&A advisory mandates, introductions may be routed to specialist regulated or contracted partners only in accordance with active written partner agreements.
Members must keep off-market listings, provenance documentation, and private introductions strictly confidential. Automated scraping, credential sharing, circumvention of tier or tenant boundaries, or submission of false identity or source-of-funds declarations will result in immediate membership suspension or revocation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in connection with portal access is limited to fees actually paid by you to PHAROAH TECHNOLOGY LTD or ATTOH LTD in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any duty that cannot be excluded under UK law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
